Pool/Swim and Tennis Center

Swimming Pool
The community swimming pool is located at 14900 Turtle Point Drive.  The pool opens the Saturday before Memorial Day and closes at 7 p.m. on Labor Day. Pool hours are daily from noon until 8 p.m. with the exception of holidays (closed at 7 p.m.) and when Prince William County Schools are in session (open daily 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and weekends noon until 8 p.m.).

A pool entry gate and electronic key card entry system has been installed. All residents who wish to use the pool must register using the Pool Pass Application which can be found on, and printed off from, this website. Once the Site Office processes your application, pool passes will be left with the lifeguard at the pool and can be picked up at the Lifeguard Office.

Two electronic entry key cards will be issued to each residence at no charge; a key card is required to enter through the pool gate. If you arrive at the pool and have forgotten your card, a lifeguard or onsite manager may be able to assist you with entry into the pool, however if you did not register for the pool in 2012 or later, you will be denied entry.  Please see the Site Office if you require additional cards, the cost is $50 per card. Note that for delinquent accounts, pool passes will not be issued.

Rest Room Facilities

Need to use the restroom while at the Swim and Tennis Center but the pool is closed?  No problem!  There is a year-round restroom available for use at the side of the Site office adjacent to Tennis Court #1. The code to access the restroom is 2513.

LMROA Pool Closure Policy

Decisions to close the Swim and Tennis facilities are made by LMROA in conjunction with the professional opinion of the Pool Operator/Management.

Below are general inclement weather closing procedures for the Lake Manassas pool.

  • The pool may close when air temperatures drop below 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Rain:  The pool will be closed if drains or the bottom of the pool cannot be seen from the lifeguard stand.
  • Thunder:  The pool will close for 30 minutes after each event.
  • Lightning:  The pool will close for 1 hour after each event.
  • Severe/inclement weather (hail, tornado warning, etc.):  The pool will close at the discretion of the Pool Operator/Manager on site.  For prolonged inclement weather events the pool will remain closed until the weather clears.
  • Unsafe Use:  If damage or events (contaminated water, broken equipment, etc.) make the pool unsafe for swimming, then closure is at the discretion of the Pool Operator/Manager until the issue is resolved.
