Fishing
There are only two ponds in Lake Manassas where fishing is allowed. Both of these ponds have docks and are located on the Eastern side of the community: one behind Kamehameha Place and the other at the end of Birnham Wood Court. Both can easily be accessed using the trail system. Note that only residents and their guests (while accompanied by residents) can fish there.

Fishing on the Western side of the community in Lake Manassas is not permitted, as there is no public access to the lake.

Trails
There are over 4 miles of trails located on the eastern side of the community.
